Swipe Right by Levi Lusko {A Book Review}

Whoa! Swipe Right by Levi Lusko is such a timely book for our generation and the generation that we are raising. I had not heard of the term "Swipe right" before I saw this book but I learned it is a term that has become popular through Tinder.

Anyway, Lusko is a pastor in the Northwest where he and his family reside. He and his family have been through the terrible tragedy of losing a child which he wrote about in his first book, Through The Eyes of A Lion. This second book, Swipe Right, is also a message that he is incredibly passionate about for the coming generations, and that is: the life and death power of sex and romance.

Purity is something that I am incredibly passionate about and always have been. And I'll be honest, it scares me to raise my children in a generation that is exposed to so much so soon.

I loved that Swipe Right is a message of encouragement for those who may have exposed to or exposed themselves to impurity in their lives. The message of redemption for that through Jesus. It also shares the importance of purity and ways that those who are single, especially, can continue to lead a life of purity.

I love Lusko's writing style and found the book very easy to follow. The support from scripture was also great. He shares the stories of Jacob and Esau, Daniel and many others and he is also able to make correlations between stories not related specifically to purity in an effort to encourage us and lead us simply by what God's Word says for our lives.

I think this book is great for any parent especially of Tweens and teens and also for those who work with youth. Great resource!

**I received this book from BookLook Bloggers. This review is my honest opinion.**
