Mason: Currently

**Mason LOVES to find our noses and try to suck on them. I am pretty sure he think it's the nipple of the bottle but it's sooooo funny!

**Little guy HATES to be naked.  LOATHES it. It is so funny...except in the middle of the night when he is screaming while you are trying to change his diaper after the middle of the night feeding. :)

**Mason is wearing size 1 diapers and some newborn clothes as well as 0-3 month clothing. We are starting cloth diapers soon but right now we are using all disposables. Crazy thing is, he leaks out the back of them sometimes. Not always but sometimes and it's maddening! Because like I said, he hates being naked and he certainly does not like being wet and naked!

**We started tummy time when he was 2 weeks old and he really likes it. Sometimes, he falls asleep during it but most of the time, he stays awake and really works his legs and his neck muscles. Matt is having to do it with him each day because I still can quite get down on the floor and especially not on my stomach. I'm looking forward to being completely healed and being able to get down on the floor with him.

Newborn Pictures {The Rest of Them}

I showed a few of Mason's newborn pictures last week. Here are the rest of the ones Matt took. I LOVE them and am so glad that my husband is a photographer. Enjoy!

When GiGi comes to town

My Mom was here for 17 days from the first day of Mason's life until November 18th. It was such an amazing time. We did a LOT of sitting around as I healed from my c-section. Mom helped with cleaning, laundry, meals and she also did TONS of holding the little guy. She LOVED her snuggles and it's safe to say that Mason enjoy every minute of it too.

Mom left early in the morning on the 18th and there were PLENTY of tears from me. I knew I would cry but I didn't expect it to be so many tears. Darn those hormones! She will come back for a week in December so we can celebrate Christmas early together.

Here are a few pictures Matt took of Mom and Mason together. Another day, he took some of Mom, Mason and me together and I'll plan to post those eventually.

I received this book for free in exchange for me review. I LOVED this book. I read the majority of this book is approximately 2 hours. Then, I had my baby 11 days early and I finished it up just last week. I enjoyed the focus on Amish culture which all read/appeared very realistic. The focus was on family and faith. I felt the book was well written and it was the perfect blend of hardship that occurs in life and God's faithfulness to take care of his children. I highly recommend this book to anyone!

I would love to share my copy with anyone who wants to read it!
