Mason's MANY Christmas outfits {Picture Overload}

Mason received 10 separate Christmas outfits from various people who love him so much! It was so fun to receive them all but hard to find time for him to wear them all! We managed to get them all in before Christmas and I got a picture most days with my phone. However, I wanted to try to get some better quality pictures so one day, Matt got out his camera and we had a Christmas outfit photo shoot! Mason is pretty cute in red and white!

Grammy and PopPop gav Mason this set and it's perfect to wear for the rest of winter. 

 

This outfit is also from Grammy and PopPop and the crocheted hat is from GiGi. 

Our friends, the Hills, sent this onesie to Mason. I think its so cute! 

Mason was not a fan at this point...haha

We ordered this little robe before Mason was born and he absolutely loves it!!!! 

Crystal from ShopCrystalFaye sent this onesie in his care package before Mason was born. It's simple and sweet, I think. 

These little socks came with the outfit MiMi sent.

Guest Post {Be Blessed, Y'all}

Last week I had the opportunity to post over at Emily's Blog Be Blessed Y'all. I thought I would share the post here today. It's about a few of our Christmas Traditions.

1. Christmas Cards

We mail Christmas cards each year. I have actually sent Christmas cards out for nearly 10 years and back when I was single, I even sent picture cards out with pictures of just me! ANYONE can send Christmas cards. 

This year since our little one was born so close to Christmas, we sent announcement/Christmas cards as one and the same. Here it is: 

2. Christmas PJ's

Each year, we get new Christmas PJ's that we wear on Christmas Eve. We also do a very low key Christmas Day and we like to stay in our PJ's ALL DAY LONG!! 

This year's PJ's came from Old Navy (I hoped to show you them in pictures BUT they are all sold out online). Last year, we got Nick and Nora PJ's from Target. We even have little bitty baby PJ's this year. You can see those in this post. 

3. Christmas Books

For years, I have collected Christmas books and we have a pretty good collection. This year, we read one each night to Mason. This year, we gave Mason two new books as his Christmas gift. We are so excited that next year he will be VERY excited to read them. 

4. Elf on the Shelf
This is a tradition we will be starting next year. My mom (GiGi to Mason) was wanting to purchase on for Mason. Matt and I had been hesitant because it seems that it could become a little overwhelming but after talking about it and seeing how some families are utilizing them, we decided it was a fun idea. We can't wait to try it out next Christmas.

Christmas Eve 2013

It was a little strange having Christmas in the middle of the week this year. Nonetheless, we made the best of it! 

Matt had to work on Christmas Eve until 4:00 and when he got home, Grandmom and Granddad stopped by for a little bit. They were headed to another Christmas gathering but stopped by so we could exchange gifts and so they could see Mason. 

Since we were going to be by ourselves on Christmas Day, we asked Grandmom to get a few pictures of us together. We took some pictures of them as well!

Our Third Anniversary!!

Matt and I celebrated our 3rd Anniversary on 1/1/14.

We spent the day snuggled together with MMM! We watched football (Geaux Tigers) and we had the traditional New Year's Day meal as well as snacks. It was a good year for us and this year will hopefully be even better still!
