Children's Museum Fun! And more :)

Last Saturday, after a hard week, we were able to go for a super fun family day all together. After Maddox's birthday, we saved some money to put aside for a children's museum membership. So bright and early, that's where we headed!

Ready to go!

When we arrived at the museum, we had a snack at the car before heading inside. We were PUMPED!

That snack? Donuts, of course. We picked these up from a place called Rise and there were just okay. Nothing special.

The children's museum was a BLAST! We were there for nearly 4 hours total. The boys played and played and played!

Cars...

Wind Tunnel...

A baseball area...

A farm area...

A construction area...

Recycling area...

Love him!

There was an awesome play area outside, too.

After outside time, we headed to the car for a snack before heading back in.

Water play!

Matt took Mason to make slime while Maddox and I played a bit, too.

More cars...

Grocery store...

We walked downtown for lunch and stopped at this pizza place. So much food for less than $12!

There was also a cupcake stop!

Matt took Mason back to the museum after we walked around downtown and I took Maddox to the car. Within seconds, he was out.

We left the museum and drove to Cabela's. Matt took Mason in for a while and I sat with Maddox in the car.
Then we all walked around Cabela's for a while. Mason even got to shoot and bow and arrow.

We stopped for a snack/early dinner at PDQ! We had a coupon for a free meal and their milkshakes were 1/2 off so we ate and had dessert for $8. We were all full and happy. :)

Ketchup face.

Love us.

After eating, we headed to a park/splash pad before heading home for bed.

The next morning? We went to the smaller children's museum in our town. It's a smaller branch of the one we went to Saturday. It didn't last nearly as long but we all had a blast!
