Table Rock State Park {July 2019}

On another Saturday in July, we headed up to Table Rock State Park to hike for the day. It was a beautiful day and we were so glad we had made plans to go hiking.
We were up and at 'em pretty early. We were sort of awake. 😉

These boys were EXCITED!

The views!
We had to stop at this lookout on our way into the park.

We drove the rest of the way into the park all in the front seat. ❤️

When we got to the park, we all went to the bathroom (very important with young kids), signed in at the ranger station and headed out!

Here we go!

Check this out!

Seriously, the views were so incredible.

Best. Dad. Ever.

A fun find!

Mason did a bit of work while we hiked by carrying a backpack for us. ❤️

Once we got back to the waterfall toward the end of the hike, the boys couldn't wait! That water was COLD! I took some pictures and then I got in, too!

I wasn't brave enough to carry my phone into the water for a group picture under the waterfall.

The guys wanted to swim in the lake swimming area for a bit. It was crowded so we didn't stay long!

On our way home, we stopped for ice cream because that seemed like a great idea after such a fun tiring morning! 😊

Think Maddox enjoyed?

When we got home we got clean and got into pjs immediately! It was a darn good day!
