The Morgan Family Road Trip 2018: Day 7

Wednesday morning, the three of us were up nearly an hour before Maddox woke up. We couldn't help but laugh since he'd been waking us up most of the trip. 😂

Still sleeping...

We ate breakfast and then went outside. We walked and played and waited for Mom-Mom to get back.

The trash folks were a welcome treat. They waved and hollered to both of the boys.

Then, Matt's cousin Scott came by unexpectedly. We were glad that we got to see him! The boys LOVED his two dogs!

Big helpers!

We had originally planned to stay until about 1/1:30 but the boys were a bit rowdy and unruly so we left earlier. We gave LOTS of good-bye hugs and kisses and said "see ya soon!"

One last trick with Mom-Mom.

Love this picture so much!

😍😍😍

On our way out of town, we stopped by WaWa for snacks and yummy drinks!

Here we come Gettysburg!!

Haha. A familiar sight on this trip!?! Matt and I have talked often about how well Maddox napped in the car! this was his first long trip facing forward and we couldn't have been more pleased!

Play time for this one. :)

When we got to Gettysburg, we stopped by Burger King to eat and play and then headed to the hotel. The boys caught a free ride. :)

We swam for a couple of hours and then headed out. We walked to Wal-Mart and to Sheetz and ultimately got some dinner from there.

It was my turn to sleep with Mason and aside from a 3:30 wake-up call with him in my back, it was just right!

These boys are excellent travelers and we are so grateful!
