Nashville Trip {November 2019} {Part 1}

When we visited Matt's siblings in September, there was mention of a SibsGiving or ThanksSibling get together before Thanksgiving. When we found out the date, we knew we'd be able to make it work. The Friday before Thanksgiving, we headed to Tennessee.

It was a beautiful day starting out.

Once we stopped for lunch and got back on the road, this was the view. 😳

Thankfully that made for good napping for Maddox.

And Mason did pretty well, too.

We got to Ben and Anne's new place mid-afternoon. It was good timing because we got to visit and stretch out a bit before heading to Vanderbilt for the women's basketball game!

When we arrived, we saw they were having a fall festival for kids and it was fantastic!

Caramel apples were the favorite part for the Morgan boys...all four of them. 😂

There was also a balloon guy. These swords were awesome! Mostly...😉

There was a caricaturist and he did an AWESOME job. It was my favorite part of the night.

The boys along with Matt and their Aunt Anne got to give high fives to the players as they came out.

I didn't get great pictures because there wasn't really a good spot for me to stand. Oh well.

Both boys did pretty well. We moved at one point because there were tons of empty seats and that eventually caused a few hiccups but given the long travel day, time of night and such, it wasn't that surprising. We rallied and made it work! And they won!

Right at the end of the game, one of the swords popped. For whatever reason, Maddox assumed it was his even though they were the exact same. He cried and cried so we stood in line for another one. This time he got pink, his favorite color.

Thanks for a fun evening, Anne and Ben!
