Favorite Children's Books {3}

We haven't been reading a lot these last few weeks. It's just been a full month. But here are a few of our favorites of late.

The book on the left, Lady Pancake and Sir French Toast, was a gift two christmases ago. The sequel just came out this year and it's just as funny. The illustrations are incredible and the rhyming is just icing on the cake.

Mason is incredibly interested in construction vehicles of any kind right now so books like this one, Where Do Diggers Sleep at Night?,  is right up his alley. This book shows all kinds of construction vehicles and ask questions about where there sleep. It's great for construction loving boys.

This one is along the same lines and with this one, we also like Goodnight, Goodnight, Construction Site.

This book is HILARIOUS!! One of the gnomes can't grow a beard which is obviously a big deal to a gnome. He tries various things to get a beard but in the end, he tries something different and realizes he is just as important as those with beads. Great for showing kids that being different is okay!
